Where it excels and where it fails
Impeccable service is the cornerstone of my experience with attentive staff who always seemed genuinely happy to assist me. The spacious balcony overlooking the Zambezi River was a breathtaking spot to unwind and take in the view.
The dining options could benefit from more variety. I found myself disappointed with the slower service during meals that overshadowed an otherwise relaxing atmosphere.

Couple paradise with animal encounters
Everything at this place was more than I could ever expect. One night while having drinks by the pool, a zebra casually walked by and it was surreal, just watching these wild creatures roam free like that.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but worth every penny honestly.

Staying here with my five kids has been a blast! We marveled at the wildlife right outside our room, including giraffes munching on trees. The river safari was an absolute highlight, providing stunning views and a chance for the kids to see nature up close.
In my wife’s opinion, more activities for kids would be great.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The hotel is beautiful, with giraffes grazing nearby and stunning views of the river. We enjoyed a river safari that gave us a chance to see incredible wildlife up close. Don't miss out on relaxing by the infinity pool, it's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.
The dining prices were quite high compared to what we expected, which made us a bit disappointed after splurging for the stay.

The views of the Zambezi River from my Deluxe Zambezi River Terrace Room were breathtaking, with wild animals like giraffes and zebras roaming nearby. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience enjoyable. However, the lack of a mosquito net in the room was a concern, and the dining options could be improved as most wines were overpriced.
